Application for evaluating the level of environmental thermal comfort for chickens by calculating the ITGU - black globe temperature and humidity index.The target audiences for this application are chicken producers, technicians, teachers and students.To calculate the ITGU, simply enter: 1) the air temperature or dry bulb temperature (TBS); 2) relative air humidity (RH); and 3) the age of the birds.To maintain the ITGUs historical record, simply inform the identification of the aviary and the batch of birds.After carrying out the calculation, the application presents the ITGU value, the environmental thermal conditions and recommendations for improving the thermal comfort of chickens in a result interpretation graph.
